The 5th Element — Five-day holistic retreat · Montanema Handmade Village, Greece · 20–24 November 2026

The premise

We are not made of one thing.

  • Our bodies.
  • Our thoughts.
  • Our beliefs.
  • Our patterns.
  • Our values.
  • Our rituals.

Change rarely happens by working on only one of them.

Not another retreat. An integration.

A highly curated, immersive and intensive experience for 9 women who are craving more. More clarity, more connection, deeper growth.

Through movement, coaching, life strategy, reflection, nature and shared experience, it brings together dimensions that are too often explored separately.

Rather than focusing solely on wellbeing practices, leadership or personal growth theories, The 5th Element integrates them into one carefully designed journey — guiding you to reconnect with your body, mindset, purpose and daily rituals, and to translate insight into meaningful change.

  • Seeking

…depth, reflection and alignment rather than quick fixes or a little getaway.

  • You are

…a leader, creative, entrepreneur or professional in need of a transition, but not sure where to start.

  • Feeling

…lost and overwhelmed, and you don't know if it's coaching, therapy or healing work that you need.

  • Tired

…of surface retreats, consuming podcasts, books and courses on a loop, and still feeling something is holding you back.

  • Looking

…to reconnect with your body, experience nature, be held and be heard amongst other like-minded women.

  • Ready

…to challenge old patterns, stories and thoughts. To release, realign, reimagine yourself and create a new timeline.

Somewhere between who you have been and who you are becoming.

A 5 day holistic experience working through a 4-dimension approach

BodyMindSoulRitual

Join to discover the fifth element that brings it all together.

The four dimensions

Most work touches one. This one holds all of them.

Agate ring: four dimensions revealed. Discover the fifth.
The Shift

You set something down. You pick something up.

What you carry in

  • 01

A nervous system that has forgotten what safety feels like

    YOU LEAVE WITH

A body that remembers, and tools to bring into your daily life

  • 02

Values that you are living by but are not yours

    YOU LEAVE WITH

Reframed values that you can hold every decision against

  • 03

Patterns you keep repeating and cannot name

    YOU LEAVE WITH

Identifying their origins, and the first move that breaks them

  • 04

A notebook full of insights that never became anything

    YOU LEAVE WITH

A ninety-day plan and the daily practice that carries it

  • 05

    Doing all of this alone

    YOU LEAVE WITH

Like-minded women, a community where you feel supported and aligned

You will not leave as a different person. You will leave as yourself, with the noise turned down.
The Experience

Five days, four nights. 9 women only.

  • In the morning

We move our body, land in the space, reset our nervous system and prepare for the work of the day. Followed by a farm-to-table brunch.

  • In the afternoon

This is when the mindset workshops happen. Personal values, limiting beliefs, and inner critic all show up to help us navigate through the work. Followed by a nurturing lunch.

  • In the evening

We go to soul work. Ceremonies, rituals, hands-on creative integration of the work done in the day. Followed by dinner.

*Activities subject to change based on group energetics, needs and weather.

The Location

Some experiences need space.

Montanema Handmade Village · Agrafa Mountains · Greece

A village rebuilt by hand, stone by stone, in mountains most maps pass over. Local stone, timber, wood fires, thick walls, and nature's quiet rhythm. The kitchen cooks what the gardens and the neighbouring farms provide.

We chose it because a place this deliberate supports the work we will be doing.

The nature.

Nestled in the Greek mountains called “Agrafa”, which means unwritten. The name comes from the tax registers of the occupation: these mountains were so remote, so difficult to reach and so stubbornly independent, that the villages here were never entered into the record. Unwritten. Unrecorded. Left alone.

We did not choose this place only for the view. We chose it for the name. You are arriving at a point in your life that has not been written yet.

Home cooked nutrition

Nourishing plant-based meals, fresh juices and local herbal teas to support natural detox.

Dining is an integral part of the experience, celebrating the flavours and traditions of the local Agrafa region. Rooted in seasonality and sustainability, the farm-to-table kitchen showcases locally sourced ingredients, many harvested from the property's own gardens or produced by nearby farmers and artisans.

Prepared in wood-fire ovens: home-baked breads, spreads and pies for breakfast, hearty vegetarian meals and snacks for lunch and dinner. Dining is served in a private setting for our group.

The Facilitators

Two women. Two disciplines. One container.

Most retreats are led by a single voice or follow a single practice. This experience is built on more than that, because personal growth does not happen in one place at a time. It happens in the body, in the mind, in the soul.

Held apart, insight is only as good as theory, and clarity is temporary. Held together, they bring a transformative direction.

The role of a facilitator is not to tell you who to become. It is to remove enough noise that you can hear what has been there all along.
Nadina Tyropolis

Nadina Tyropolis

Nadina works with the mind.

  • Values
  • Identity
  • Patterns
  • Decisions
  • Ceremony

A TEDx speaker, ICF PCC coach, facilitator and former global executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across brands including Gucci, adidas and Sephora.

After a 15 year international corporate career leading teams and strategies across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Nadina followed a different path, dedicating her work to helping people reconnect with what truly matters. Today she guides individuals through moments of transition, helping them navigate life's crossroads with greater clarity, alignment and courage.

Blending leadership development, coaching, neuroscience, values-based transformation, embodied practices and ceremony, Nadina created the 4D Framework — a methodology that explores the four dimensions that shape our lives: Body, Mind, Soul and Impact.

She turns what you feel into language, and language into something you can act on.
